Education and Training: BEd (Hons) Primary
I have been teaching for 14 years in England, Cambodia and Sweden. I have taught all primary ages in a variety of sized schools and locations, including international schools. I have always been interested in alternative education and teaching methods, having realised early on in my career that a high number of children are not catered for within the present education system. My own children are home educated, and since they have come out of formal education are noticeably happier, more enthusiastic and creative. Kinda Forest School supports and nurtures my sons passion and sparks interest in new ideas and skills.
In 2019 I studied Level 2 Forest School which qualifies me to assist and facilitate any Forest School facilitation.
